Western Stage Props Return Policy

New items
We offer refunds for unused items up to 30 days after purchase (minus the shipping and handling fee). Any item returned after 30 days will be issued a store credit with no expiration date. The store credit will automatically apply to your next order. Before making a return, we ask that you call or email us your order number so we can notate your invoice. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Damaged/Incorrect items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you need help with your purchase, feel free to give us a call or email. We can help our customers fix any problems they may be having. If your item(s) arrived damaged or your order was incorrect, Western Stage Props will replace the item at our expense. The customer must notify Western Stage Props within two business days of receiving a defective or damaged item.

Used items
Items returned in less-than-original condition are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Such items may be eligible for a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund at all. Special and custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
