• Live Rates: Shipping fees are calculated in real-time using live rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Choose your preferred method at checkout.

• Free Shipping: Valid only on qualifying orders shipping within the 50 United States. Orders outside the US (including Puerto Rico) do not qualify. To use this option, make sure to select it during checkout—selecting an alternative method will result in shipping charges.

• USPS Priority Mail: This is a standard domestic service and is not guaranteed. If you have a tight or time-sensitive deadline, please contact the shop directly so we can help you choose a guaranteed shipping method to ensure your order arrives on time.

• Regional Restrictions: Blank-firing guns cannot be shipped to international destinations, Puerto Rico, or New York City proper (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island). We can ship to areas of New York state outside of NYC proper.

• California Film/Theatrical Exception: We can ship blank-firing guns to California for use in theatrical, television, and film production purposes, training, and historical reproduction.

• Age Requirements: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a blank-firing gun. No special permit or license is required.

• Express Shipping: Blank-firing and replica guns are eligible for expedited shipping. Please select your preferred express method at checkout.

• Importer Responsibility: When ordering internationally, you are considered the importer of record and must fully comply with all import laws of the destination country.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: All orders may be subject to local customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs. Customers are 100% responsible for these costs.

• Fee Estimates: We do not have access to individual international fee schedules. Please contact your local customs office directly for accurate rate info.

• Returns Policy: Please note that we cannot refund any customs fees, duties, or local tariffs on returned items.

• Returned Orders: If your package is rejected by customs and safely returned to Western Stage Props, we will issue a full refund for the retail value of the goods.

• Seized Orders: Please note that if items are seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, the order is non-refundable.

• Cost vs. Risk: While USPS First-Class International is the most economical shipping option, please note that these packages cannot be tracked or insured.

• Delivery Timelines: Because transit times can be unpredictable and packages occasionally get lost, Western Stage Props cannot be held responsible for lost First-Class International shipments.

• Export Prohibitions: Blank-firing guns, replica firearms, and blank ammunition cannot be exported to any international destination or foreign country.

• Germany: Non-firing replicas of pre-1898 firearms are permitted only if they are used for verified historical or cultural reenactments.

• Canada: Non-firing replicas of pre-1898 firearms are permitted for import.

• New Zealand: Only plastic, or non-firing replica guns are permitted for shipment.
