Our office and Las Vegas showroom are open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time (PT). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major federal holidays.

We are located at 4017 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89103. You can find us between the Rio Hotel and Twain Ave, just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. We have a large, private lot with plenty of free parking for trucks and production vehicles.

Yes, our Las Vegas showroom is fully open to the public! Whether you are a local creator, a visiting production crew, or just passing through town, we love meeting our customers.
You don't need an appointment—just stop by during our normal weekday office hours to browse our inventory or discuss a project in person.
• New Items: We offer refunds for unused items up to 30 days after purchase (minus shipping fees). Returns after 30 days are issued as a store credit that automatically applies to your next order. Please call or email us with your order number before shipping it back so we can note your invoice.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your items arrived damaged or the order is incorrect, Western Stage Props will replace them at our expense. You must notify us within two business days of delivery to claim a defective or damaged item replacement.
• Used or Custom Items: Items returned in less-than-original condition are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Special and custom orders are subject to a strict 20% restocking fee and may not qualify for a full refund.
Please take the following steps immediately if your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing:
1. Check Around the Property: Verify with family members, roommates, or neighboring units. Carriers frequently misdeliver packages to immediate neighbors.
2. Contact the Carrier Directly: Reach out to USPS, UPS, or FedEx with your tracking number. They can provide GPS delivery coordinates and are the fastest route to locating the package.
3. Notify Us: Keep us updated on the carrier's status. While we cannot control transit issues once an item leaves our facility, we will do our best to help remedy the situation.
Please Note: Western Stage Props is not responsible for missing or lost packages reported more than 7 days after a confirmed delivery status. Check your tracking link frequently to ensure someone is available to receive your items.
We do our best to keep our inventory fully stocked, but high-volume production demands can occasionally cause an item to go on backorder.
If an item from your order is out of stock, we will reach out to you with a status update on the very first business day following your order. If you cannot wait for the backorder and choose to cancel, or if the item is permanently unavailable, we will immediately issue a full refund for the total amount paid.
