We have been serving the theatrical production community for over 30 years. We offer quick shipping, fantastic customer service and, a reputation you can trust. Shipping Policies

  • Western Stage Props ships all in-stock orders received before 3 pm Pacific time on the same business day. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders received on those days will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

  • We will contact you personally through the e-mail and the phone number provided in your order information if any items purchased are not in stock.

Shipping Methods

  • The shipping fees listed as options are live rates with the US Post Office, UPS, and FedEx. Please choose the shipping method you prefer. If you want to choose the free shipping option for qualifying orders, select this during checkout. If you choose an alternative method, you will be charged for shipping. Free shipping only applies to shipping within the 50 United States. Orders outside the US, including Puerto Rico, do NOT qualify for free shipping.

  • USPS Priority Mail is a service the US Postal Service provides to ship domestic packages. This is not a guaranteed service. If you have a time-sensitive deadline, please contact the shop so we can choose a shipping method to ensure receiving your order in time for your project.

Shipping Blank-Firing Replicas

  • Blank-firing guns may not be shipped to another country outside the United States, Puerto Rico, or New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island. We can ship blank-firing guns outside New York City proper.

  • We can ship blank-firing guns to California for theatrical and film purposes. You must be 21 to purchase a blank firing gun. No permit or license is required.

  • Blank-firing and replica guns can be shipped express. Upon checkout, please choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Duties & Taxes

As a customer purchasing from Western Stage Props to a country outside of The United States, you are considered an importer of goods to the destination country where your merchandise will arrive. You must fully comply with the import laws of your destination country. Your order may be subject to taxes, duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are 100% responsible for all costs and tariffs imposed by customs agencies of other countries outside the USA. Western Stage Props does not have information about what types of fees will be charged or the costs. We recommend contacting the destination country's customs office to obtain the most accurate information regarding specific customs policies and duties. Unfortunately, Western Stage Props cannot refund any customs fees or duties on returned items. For any additional questions concerning customs procedures, please contact your individual country's government agency directly.

Customs Delays

Shipping estimates to international destinations provided by our website assume standard customs processing time. Items can be delayed in customs for a wide variety of reasons. We cannot predict how long your order will take to clear customs, nor can we be held responsible for any orders that become stuck in customs or are rejected by customs. Orders rejected by customs and returned to Western Stage Props are eligible for a refund of the retail value of the goods returned. Items seized by customs and not returned to Western Stage Props are not refundable.

First-Class Mail International

Many of our international customers select USPS First Class International because it is the cheapest option. Please be warned that items shipped by this method cannot be tracked or insured. We have had some customers complain that orders shipped by this method have gotten lost or took excessive time to arrive at the destination. Western Stage Props cannot be held responsible for lost First Class International packages. If you are concerned that you might not receive your item on time, we recommend selecting one of our FedEx or UPS international options.

Restricted Items

At Western Stage Props, we carry a complete line of theatrical and replica firearms and weaponry. Unfortunately, many of these items are restricted from being shipped to international destinations. Blank-firing guns and blank ammunition cannot be exported to any foreign country. Many of our prop and replica guns are also forbidden to international destinations. Below is an incomplete list of countries where some replica firearms are permitted:

GERMANY – Non-firing replicas of pre-1898 firearms are permitted if used in historical or cultural reenactments.

CANADA – Non-firing replicas of pre-1898 firearms are permitted.

NEW ZEALAND – We have successfully shipped plastic, non-firing replica guns to New Zealand.

Yes, we are open to the public. We love to meet our customers, so if you're a local or visiting Las Vegas, please stop by during office hours. 4017 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. 

Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders and Net 30 terms. Please email us at info@westernstageprops or call us at 800-588-5568 during office hours with your request.

New items
We offer refunds for unused items up to 30 days after purchase (minus the shipping and handling fee). Any item returned after 30 days will be issued a store credit with no expiration date. The store credit will automatically apply to your next order. Before making a return, we ask that you call or email us your order number so we can notate your invoice. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Damaged/Incorrect items
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you need help with your purchase, feel free to give us a call or email. We can help our customers fix any problems they may be having. If your item(s) arrived damaged or your order was incorrect, Western Stage Props will replace the item at our expense. The customer must notify Western Stage Props within two business days of receiving a defective or damaged item.

Used items
Items returned in less-than-original condition are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. Such items may be eligible for a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund at all. Special and custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please check with other housemates and neighbors, as this is usually the quickest resolution to delivery confusion. If your package is still missing, please contact your delivery carrier and provide your tracking number. The carrier will have the most effective ability to help you with your package status. Please notify WSP of a failed delivery status. We are not open on Saturday and Sunday. If we are closed, please email or leave us a voicemail. We will return your message on the next business day.
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens once a package is out of our care. If your package is lost, we will do our best to try to find it and remedy the situation. We recommend that you check your tracking frequently to receive your package at delivery or report an issue immediately. Western Stage Props is not responsible for any lost packages reported seven days after a failed delivery.

We keep most items in stock, but sometimes, an item will be on backorder. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you with a status update on the first business day after receiving your order. If you choose to cancel your order or if the item is permanently out of stock, we will issue a refund for the total amount paid.

Yes, we have relationships with several fabricators who can make custom props. Please get in touch with us to discuss options.
