Rental fee pricing and payment

  • Rental fees vary from item to item.
  • Items are rented for 7 consecutive day intervals. The rental fee is the same whether the item is used for all or part of the 7 days.
  • Late items will be charged a per-day late fee to be deducted from the customer’s deposit.
  • Western Stage Props accepts cash or credit card payments for rental fees.
  • Rental fee payments are due in full at the time of the rental and are not refundable.
  • The rental fee will include Nevada state sales tax.
  • Upon checkout, the customer will receive an itemized invoice for their rental including any defects or notes concerning the item’s condition.
  • Western Stage Props cannot guarantee availability of rental items without payment to secure the item for dates and times needed.

Checkout and return

  • Rental items must be returned on or before the date and time agreed to by the customer and Western Stage Props during checkout. Items returned after the agreed date/time will be considered late.
  • Customer will sign an agreement acknowledging rental terms.
  • Rental items must be picked up and returned to our location during business hours: 4017 Dean Martin Dr. Las Vegas, Nevada 89103 M-F 9 am to 5 pm. Western Stage Props is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. Please arrange pick up and drop off accordingly.

Deposit

  • All rentals require a deposit. Western Stage Props accepts cash or credit cards for rental deposits.
  • All deposits will be rung up as a separate transaction from the item(s) rental fee.
  • Customers will sign off on the condition of the item(s) with a store employee during checkout. Please check your items at the time of checkout for any imperfections and report them to Western Stage Props.
  • Items are to be returned in the same condition they were in when leaving the store.
  • A full refund of the deposit will be given upon return of the rental item(s) contingent any damage. Damaged rental items will be assessed and are subject to partial or no refund.
  • Cash deposits will be returned immediately to the customer when all rental item(s) are returned to Western Stage Props in the same condition as rented.
  • Credit card deposits will be voided immediately, and funds will be released from the customer’s card when all rental item(s) are returned to Western Stage Props in the same condition as rented.
  • If the product is not eligible for a full refund due to damage the customer will have the option to purchase the product minus the rental fee.
  • If the item(s) is deemed destroyed and no refund is eligible the customer is entitled to keep the item(s).
  • Any item that is not returned within the 7-day rental period will be considered late and a daily late fee will be compounded.

Liability

Western Stage Props is not responsible for any illegal activity while using our rental items. We highly recommend procuring all necessary permits and licenses when filming and producing in Las Vegas. Customers renting guns or weapons are expected to use these item(s) within legal parameters. All rental items are movie props and are intended to be used for artistic and imaginary purposes.
