Because of its usage by American forces, the gun has been nicknamed “World Defender.”
The 92F and M9 have been featured in hundreds of movies. The minute distinctions between the military-issued M9 and the 92F are only known to the person shooting the weapon, so nearly all armorers stock the 92F, as a working replica M9’s are extremely rare.
